la simple pâtes faible en gras

this dish is so simple, it takes barely an hour to make. best served warm, goes well with white wine and a generous serving of mozarella

Ingrediants:
1. prawns
2.olives
3.pasta
4.butter
5.pepper
6.salt
7.portebello mushrooms
8.white wine
9.chicken stock
10.ittalian parsley
11.mozarella
12.water
13. diced onions
14.diced garlic

Steps:
1. boil water in a heavy pot with salt then boil the pasta till soft, then rinse with water and keep aside

2. heat saucepan, then melt a knob of butter, fry the onions and garlic till fragant

3. we then add the shelled prawns, olives and mushrooms to the saucepan and stir

4. when you noticed the prawns turning orange, pour in half a cup of chicken stock and half a cup of wine and add a dash of pepper

5. let it boil and bubble, once thick add the chopped parsley and there you have it.....

                                                     

6. serve hot with the pasta and shave some mozarella over   :)
